What precautions are you taking given the current pandemic?

Please be reassured we are adhering to all the recommendations by the CDC and WHO during our fulfillment process and we are taking extra care to ensure safety for your delivery. 

When will my order ship?

As soon as you make your purchase we will begin to process your order. Most products ship the following day from purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the status of your order. Please note due to the current pandemic, we might experience delays from the shipping carriers.

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it or exchange for another item?

MP WEARS offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. Products must not be damaged in any way.  Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact us for any further assistance. 

How should I care for my handmade jewelry?

As a delicate, handmade item, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes or creams to preserve the original condition of each piece.

As a delicate, artisanal piece, we recommend avoiding putting too much weight inside your handmade purse. Avoid contact with water, perfumes or creams to preserve original condition.

Where do the pieces ship from?

All our pieces ship from our showroom in Miami, Florida.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! A flat rate of USD $50 applies, select this option at checkout.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 30 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.
