Shipping Methods

MP WEARS ships all US orders via USPS. International orders are shipped via different carriers depending on the country (ie. DHL, UPS, etc).

The following rates apply to all shipping:

Ground                 $8 flat rate

Express              $20 flat rate

International      $60 flat rate

Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed. If you have any questions regarding your order and shipping status, please contact us. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by our team.

Return Policy

MP WEARS offers returns up to 15 days after the original ship date.

To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• If you find a product to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to return the defective item in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return.

• If 15 days have passed from the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Items on SPECIAL PRICE cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
